Which inspection do I need when buying a home in Florida?
Most buyers order a full home inspection plus a wind mitigation inspection, and a 4-point inspection if the home is older, since insurers often require it. We can do all three in one visit.
Can you do several inspections in the same visit?
Yes. Bundling a home inspection with wind mitigation, 4-point, mold or other add-ons saves you a separate appointment and usually speeds up your insurance quote.
Do you inspect condos and commercial properties?
Yes. We inspect condos, townhomes, single-family homes, new construction and light commercial and multi-family properties throughout Broward, Miami-Dade and Palm Beach counties.
How quickly will I get my reports?
Within 24 hours, and very often the same day. Insurance reports such as wind mitigation and 4-point are usually delivered the day of the inspection.
