Home Inspection Reviews from South Florida Clients

“Peter has done the inspections to all my properties! He is the best and most reliable! BEST home inspector ever!”

“I had an outstanding experience with Peter from Global Home Inspectors. From the very first phone call, he was extremely responsive, professional, and reliable. He answered my call immediately, scheduled my Wind Mitigation Inspection for the very next day, and arrived exactly at the agreed appointment time.
The inspection was handled very professionally, and I received my completed report within minutes. What impressed me even more was his customer service afterward. When my insurance company requested a correction to the report, I contacted Peter on a Sunday, and he took care of it and sent me the corrected report that same day.
His pricing was very reasonable, his communication was excellent, and he did exactly what he said he would do every step of the way. It is difficult to find this level of professionalism, responsiveness, and customer service. I highly recommend Peter and Global Home Inspectors to anyone needing a Wind Mitigation or home inspection. Absolutely five-star service!”

“I called Global Home Inspectors to conduct a 4 point inspection and wind mitigation inspection. Peter arrived on time and was very professional. “Peter from global home inspectors help me save lots of money, inexpensive reliable and explain me with details all steps of inspection, je is the best I really recommend”

“I contacted Global Home Inspectors because I needed wind mitigation and 4 point inspection. I had the pleasure of speaking with Peter, who gave me and appointment for mid-day, the same day. He showed up early, he was courteous, kind, respectful, and thorough. Peter is also prompt with his report(s). I recommend this company to anyone who needs an inspector.”

“I can't thank this guy enough for his extensive knowledge of home inspections. He saved me a lot of money because I was going to buy a house with several problems, including problems with the roof, the wood supporting the roof (it was infested with termites), not to mention the electrical panel that would have to be replaced. Without his guidance, I would have spent a lot of money renovating a house that wasn't worth the investment. The owner wasn't even willing to share the costs with me. I ended up buying a much better house than the first one and without having to spend anything on renovations. Thank you, Peter, for your excellent work.”

“We recently had our home inspected by Global Home Inspectors, and the entire experience exceeded our expectations. From start to finish, Peter was prompt, professional, and incredibly thorough. We highly recommend Global Home Inspectors to anyone in need of a reliable and knowledgeable inspection team. Their expertise and professionalism gave us great peace of mind. Thank you for the excellent service!”

I needed to change insurance policies and we had less than 1 week remaining on the old policy. He was able to come out and complete the inspection within 24 hours and send me the report the same day.
Most companies would have taken a week to come out and another week to send the report.
