We do not sell or rent your personal information. We share information only in these situations:
- With people you authorize, such as your real estate agent, lender, attorney or insurance agent, when you ask us to send them your report or inspection forms;
- With service providers who help us run our business (website hosting, email delivery, scheduling and report-writing software, and analytics) and who may use the information only to provide those services to us;

- In a business transfer: if our business is sold or merged, information may be transferred to the new owner, who will be bound by this policy.
07Inspection reports
Inspection reports are prepared for our client and are treated as confidential. We release a report only to the client and to the people the client authorizes, or as described in the inspection agreement or required by law. Insurance forms such as the OIR-B1-1802 wind mitigation form and 4-point inspection reports are prepared so that you can submit them to your insurance company.
